ABOUT US

Durand Meats is a third-generation local business. We are strong supporters of local schools, businesses, municipalities, and farmers. Durand Meats does all of our own custom smoking, and provides a wide arrangement of specialty meats, including brats, snack sticks, and German bologna. We have a large retail store to meet the needs of our customers. Our goal is to offer a positive, supportive experience for all customers. The butcher takes time to review cutting instructions prior to custom butchering. Thank you for your business and we look forward to continuing to serve the community for many generations.

Cut Orders

To place a order for processing your animal either call us, or fill out a cut instruction order form. We will contact you when your order is ready, and pay when you pick it up.
